Organic Tinder fungus - mushroom powder capsules
Syn.: Hoof Fungus, Tinder Conk, Tinder Polypore, Ice Man Fungus, surgeon's agaricTinder fungus mushroom powder contains all the ingredients of Fomes fomentarius in its natural concentration and composition. After harvesting, the tinder fungus mushrooms are gently dried ( below 35°C) and then ground ultra-finely. In technical terminology, this grinding technique is also called the "shellbroken process". This means that the cell walls are broken open when the mushrooms are ground. This is necessary because mushrooms have very hard cell walls, consisting of chitin, which cannot be processed by the human body. Therefore, this shellbroken grinding is important so that the body can absorb the ingredients of the mushroom. When you use mushroom powder, you get the full spectrum of action of Fomes fomentarius.

About the mushroom
Scientific name: Hericium erinaceus
Synonyms: Monkey's Head, Lion's Mane mushroom, Bearded Tooth mushroom, Hedgehog mushroom, Bearded Hedgehog mushroom, Pom-Pom mushroom, Bearded Tooth fungus
Hericium erinaceus is an edible mushroom and medicinal mushroom in the tooth fungus group. It can be identified by its tendency to grow all the spines out from one group (rather than branches), long spines and its appearance on hardwoods. Although it is growing in Europe, it is not well known.
Natural habitat:
Hericium prefers dead hardwood such as oak, walnut, beech, maple, sycamore tree. Common during late summer and fall on hardwoods.
