Shipping to EU member states


There is free movement of goods within the European Union (EU)! Since the creation of the European Single Market, 
the movement of goods between EU member states is no longer monitored by customs authorities.
This makes shipping within the EU easy and possible within a few days!
Our prices already include the VAT of the respective destination country and all other duties and taxes.

Shipping within Austria
Shipments are typically dispatched within one day via Österreichische Post. Online tracking of shipments is available on the Österreichische Post website. 
All shipments are covered by transport insurance. If a package is damaged or lost during transit, it will be replaced by the postal service.

Shipping to Germany
Orders within Germany are processed through our business partner.

Shipping to Other EU Countries
For shipments to EU countries, we use the Österreichische Post AG's Paket Premium International service. 
Delivery is handled by the local postal service in the recipient's country.
You can track your shipment online through the Österreichische Post website and, in most countries, also through the local postal service’s website. 
All shipments are insured. If the package is damaged or lost during transit, it will be replaced by the postal service.

Shipping costs worldwide


We deliver to all countries outside the customs territory of the European Union VAT-free, i.e., at net prices. When logged into the customer account, the final prices for the respective country are already displayed. The tax and any applicable customs and import duties are to be borne by the recipient/importer of the goods. These may be collected upon delivery of the package. The exact amount will be provided by the customs authorities of the country.
We also point out that some of our products may be subject to special import regulations or could be placed under quarantine in certain countries. Please check with your country's customs authorities before placing your order.

The shipments are transported via postal services, with delivery made by the respective postal service provider in the recipient country. We are obligated to provide accurate recipient details and declare the goods with their value. We will, of course, provide the necessary customs documents. Online tracking of the shipment is available. If the package is damaged or lost during transit, it will be replaced by the postal service.
