Distribution and Habitat in Nature: Found along roadsides, in parks, and meadows. Widely distributed across the Northern Hemisphere.
Ingredients: The Shaggy Mane is a nutritious edible mushroom with a high protein content and very low fat content. It contains important B vitamins (B1, B2, B3), folic acid, and minerals such as potassium, iron, magnesium, and zinc. It also provides fiber and bioactive polysaccharides, which can have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. In naturopathy, it is also being studied in connection with blood sugar regulation.

The mushroom contains a balanced composition of vitamins and minerals, making it a significant contribution to a daily balanced diet.
