The fastest and most secure method of online payment: it is processed via a secure system recommended by Visa and MasterCard. Your data is protected and subsequent changes or manual bookings by us are not possible. As soon as the payment has been accepted by the credit card provider, an order confirmation will be sent automatically by email. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has been shipped. Credit card payments are processed by Mollie. All data is treated as strictly confidential and managed via Mollie's SSL-encrypted system for billing purposes.
Bank transfer
After entering the order in the system, we will send an order confirmation by email. This will include our bank details. Please ensure you enter the correct order number in the payment reference or purpose of payment field when making the transfer.
Cash by mail as a registered letter
After processing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The total amount in euros can be sent by insured mail or registered mail, quoting your order number, to: Tyroler Glückspilze, Karmelitergasse 21, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. For further information, please contact the postal service provider in your country or your nearest post office.
Gift card
Do you have a gift card that you would like to use for your order? You can redeem it in your shopping cart. If the voucher does not cover the entire invoice amount, you can select one of the above payment methods to pay the difference. If the voucher has a higher value than your current order, the remaining amount will of course be retained. You can then simply redeem the remaining value with your next order by redeeming the code again in the shopping cart.
