Our ordering options in detail
Orders are ideally placed online in the web shop - this leaves more time for personal consultation.
The desired products can also be picked up directly at our shop without prior online ordering.
Payment at our mushroom shop can be made in cash or by card.
Please note: With the exception of a few standard products, fresh goods are produced after receipt of payment and are shipped immediately after the mycelium has finished growing immediately or made available for collection. (Duration approx. 2-3 weeks)
1. Online order
1.1. Product selection
To view the product overview, please click on the names or images of the individual product categories. To add the desired product to your order, click the "Add to Cart" button. For some products, different package sizes or product variants are available. Please select the desired option for the chosen product and then click the "Add to Cart" button.
1.2. Order Summary and Shipping Costs
Please click the “Shopping Cart” button in the upper-right corner of the screen to view your order.
You can then adjust the quantity of each product or remove individual items from your order.
You can also redeem gift cards or discount codes here. To do so, click the green “I have a gift card” button, enter the code, and click “Apply.”

1.3. Complete the order
Once all the desired products in the desired quantities appear in your shopping cart, please click the “Checkout” button and enter your shipping and billing addresses. The actual shipping costs will then be displayed.
1.4. Payment
Please select your preferred payment method. For more information about payment, please visit Payment options .
1.5. Check and submit the order
In the next step, the complete order is displayed as an overview and can be changed if desired.
If everything is as desired and the order should be sent, please click on "Order with payment".
1.6. Order confirmation
The order is usually confirmed by email within a few minutes, but it may take up to an hour.

2. Order by post
We also accept orders by letter, provided you include your name, full address, telephone number, and email address. If this letter also contains cash for payment of the order, please send the letter by registered and insured mail, stating the value. We kindly ask you to also observe the terms and conditions of the postal service provider in your country.
3. Pickup at the mushroom shop in Innsbruck
All in-stock products can be purchased at the mushroom shop during opening hours. Fresh products are made to order.
Customer parking is available.
In the shop, we accept cash payments in euros, debit card payments (MaestroCard / EC card), and credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa).
