Our Loyalty Program
With our loyalty program, you collect points with every purchase and can easily convert them into credit later on.
1. Collecting Points
Here’s how earning points works:
- You receive 10 points for every €1 spent
- Points are awarded starting from an order value of €1
- Your points are automatically credited once your order is confirmed
- In your shopping basket, you can always see:
how many points you’ll earn for your current order
Example: If you spend €50, you receive 500 points.
2. Redeeming Points
You can use your collected points directly when making a purchase:
- 1,000 points = €1 discount
- You can use your points multiple times — not just all at once
Partial redemption means that if your purchase total is lower than your available points,
the unused points remain saved for your next purchase
Example: You have 5,000 points:
- You redeem, for example, 2,000 points (€2)
- The remaining 3,000 points stay available for your next purchase
3. How Much Can I Redeem?
The actual value you can redeem depends on three factors:
- How many points you currently have
- The maximum redemption limit (up to €10,000 per order)
- The total amount of your order
These factors automatically determine how much discount you can apply to your purchase.
4. Where Can I See My Points?
Very easily in your shoppping basket:
- At the bottom right of the shopping basket you can see:
how many points you can currently redeem
5. Important Notes
- Points are only credited after order confirmation
- Points can be redeemed all at once or partially (see above)
