PARAFILM® M laboratory sealing film in dispenser box, 38m

Parafilm® is a mouldable, semi-transparent, 10 cm wide wax film. It is mainly used for the simple and secure sealing of various containers in the laboratory, e.g. of petri dishes. Parafilm® is one of the most commonly used aids in everyday laboratory work.
Its special properties include extreme stretchability of approx. 200 % and thermoplasticity (non-hardenable plastic).

Parafilm® only sticks to itself if it has already been stretched and is particularly resistant to a wide range of chemicals (e.g. disinfectant). ​​
