We recommend the grain substrate for the production of grain spawn, an intermediate stage between mycelium on agar-media and the fruiting substrate. 
In this way, mycelia can be propagated quickly and processed efficiently.
This mixture is suitable for a wide range of mushroom generall. This substrate is suitable for producing grain spawn herzustellen, einige Pilzgattungen können auch direkt auf diesem Roggensubstrat zum Fruchten gebracht werden.
