The PF technique is a simple mushroom cultivation technique developed by amateur mycologists that can be carried out by anyone at home. The specially designed substrate consists of vermiculite, rice flour and water. We use high-quality rice flour, which is milled in-house from selected wholemeal basmai rice in an optimal grain size for the PF technique.
