Synonyme: Golden oyster mushroom, (lemon) oyster mushroom, yellow oyster mushroom, Tamogitake, Il´mak

 
The Golden Oyster mushroom is golden to light yellowish, 2 - 5 cm, curved outwards to flat with age and often depressed in the centre. The stalk is white and attached to the centre of the cap. It usually grows in large groups.
Its flavour, shelf life and preparation in the kitchen are comparable to the oyster mushroom. ​ 

This fresh product is prepared fresh for you to order. The production time is around 3 - 6 weeks.
The mushroom spawn should be processed immediately after delivery.
If the product cannot be processed immediately, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks.
We recommend that you plan for this when ordering and making your preparations..

Suitable cultivation methods:
straw bales, wood logs, mushroom patch, spawn bag for indoor greenhouse   

Suitable substrates: straw, paper, coffee ground, coffee pulp, hardwood
Suitable woods: poplar, oak, alder, aspen, acorn, beech, birch, ash, willow and elm
Outdoors: this strain produces fruiting bodies in summer

This breeding strain bears fruit when grown outdoors in summer.

You receive fully colonised grain spawn on organic raw materials for inoculatingfruiting substrates
1 autoclave bag with approx. 3 litres of mushroom spawn is suitable for inoculating 5 - 15 substrate bags,
1 autoclave bag with approx. 6 litres of mushroom spawn is suitable for inoculating 10 - 30 substrate bags.
