Organic Golden Oyster Mushroom - Pleurotus citrinopileatus -

Synonyme: Golden oyster mushroom, (lemon) oyster mushroom, yellow oyster mushroom, Tamogitake, Il´mak
The Golden Oyster mushroom is golden to light yellowish, 2 - 5 cm, curved outwards to flat with age and often depressed in the centre. The stalk is white and attached to the centre of the cap. It usually grows in large groups.
Its flavour, shelf life and preparation in the kitchen are comparable to the oyster mushroom.
This fresh product is prepared fresh for you to order. The production time is around 3 - 6 weeks.
The mushroom spawn should be processed immediately after delivery.
If the product cannot be processed immediately, it can be stored in the refrigerator at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks.

Suitable cultivation methods:
