This mixture is designed especially for cultivation of a broad spectrum of basidiomycota.
Dosierung:
141 g of powder dissolved in 3 l of water makes 3 l of malt extract agar medium for about 120 petri dishes
Composition per litre:
72 g agar-agar
60 g malt extract
6 g dry yeast
3 g peptone
Storage:
Store in a dry place at room temperature, close container tight!
