This mixture is designed especially for cultivation of a broad spectrum of basidiomycota.
Dosage:
47 g of powder dissolved in 1 l of water makes 1 l of malt extract agar medium for about 40 petri dishes
Composition per litre:
24 g agar-agar
20 g malt extract
2 g dry yeast
1 g peptone
Storage:
Store in a dry place at room temperature, close container tight!
